Motion for leave to appeal as a poor person denied. Upon the court's own motion, the appeal taken by defendant-appellant from the judgment of the Court of General Sessions, New York County, rendered on August 21, 1962, is dismissed on the ground that the notice of appeal was not timely taken within 30 days after the judgment was rendered.
