Supreme Court of Michigan
Oct 29, 2001
465 Mich. 889 (Mich. 2001)

Opinion

No. 118911.

October 29, 2001.

COA: 232104, Wexford CC: 99-5715 FC

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the March 8, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we MODIFY the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REMAND this case to the Wexford County Circuit Court for correction of the judgment of sentence. See People v Clark, 463 Mich. 459, 463-465 (2000). In all other respects, leave to appeal is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
