ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to withdraw as counsel for appellant is GRANTED. The records of this Court will reflect that appellant is proceeding without counsel until such time as counsel appears on his behalf. If defendant-appellant is indigent and wants to have counsel appointed to represent him on appeal, defendant-appellant may file a written request for the appointment of counsel with Wayne Circuit Court and file a copy of the request with the Clerk of this Court. On the Court's own motion, the time for filing the appellant's brief is extended to November 20, 2024.
