ORDER
Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to withdraw by retained counsel is STRICKEN for failure to provide proof of service. Moreover, the motion is MOOT, in light of the trial court's appointment of counsel to replace retained counsel.
The motion to extend time to file appellee's brief is GRANTED until March 28, 2025.
