Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgment of Onondaga County Court, rendered March 2, 2011 and the order of Onondaga County Court, dated September 28, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kristen N. McDermott, Esq. dated May 24, 2016, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgment of Onondaga County Court, rendered March 2, 2011 and the order of Onondaga County Court, dated September 28, 2015, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
