Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Oct 5, 1978
65 A.D.2d 516 (N.Y. App. Div. 1978)

Opinion

October 5, 1978

Seven judgments, Supreme Court, New York County, each rendered on September 23, 1976, unanimously affirmed. Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw is granted. (See Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Saunders, 52 A.D.2d 833.) We have reviewed this record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious points which could be raised on these appeals. (See People v Hardy, 53 A.D.2d 647.)
