ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to file pro per motions and brief in support is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is GRANTED to the extent that the in propria persona motion for peremptory reversal and supporting brief submitted with the present motion are accepted for filing. But the motion is DENIED as to the in propria persona motion for immediate consideration because there is not a sound basis for seeking immediate consideration of the motion for peremptory reversal.

Appellee may timely file an answer to the motion for peremptory reversal within 35 days after the date of this order. See MCR 7.211(B)(1)(b).
