ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

Appellate defense counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel and to appoint substitute counsel is GRANTED as follows. This case is REMANDED to the trial court to appoint substitute appellate counsel for defendant-appellant within 14 days after the date of this order. The trial court shall send a copy of the order appointing substitute counsel to the Clerk's Office of this Court within seven days after entry.

This Court retains jurisdiction.
