Case consolidated - all subsequent events to be docketed in lead case
On March 13, 2017, the court received a letter request from Ms. Janet Gray, counsel for Enriquez, asking that People v. Enriquez, S240419, be joined with People v. Gutierrez, et al., S224724, for purpose of opinion. No opposition to this request was filed. Both counsel in Enriquez subsequently informed the court in writing that they waive oral argument and agree to submit on the briefs.
Enriquez's request to consolidate the cases is granted. The above-entitled cases are hereby consolidated for purpose of opinion.
