Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Enriquez, case No. 01-15-2319 (06/08/18). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this court's opinion in People v. Eubanks, 2019 IL 123525, on the issue of whether the trial court abused its discretion in declining to instruct the jury on the offense of reckless homicide, and determine if a different result is warranted.
