Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Untermyer, Dore and Cohn, JJ.; Glennon and Cohn, JJ., dissent and vote to reverse and dismiss the complaint, on the ground that the complaint did not charge a criminal offense under section 105-a of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.


Judgment and order affirmed. No opinion.
