An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about May 30, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected,

And defendant-appellant having moved for leave to file a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal as annexed to defendant's moving papers,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted, and defendant-appellant is directed to serve the New York County District Attorney, and file with this Court five hard copies of his pro se supplemental brief, on or before August 09, 2021, for the October 2021 Term of this Court, to which Term the perfected appeal is hereby adjourned.
