Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6) to extend the time to serve a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court rendered October 29, 2018,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extend that the notice of appeal is deemed timely on the condition that Justin Edmond serve it on the Onondaga County District Attorney on or before May 29, 2019.
