Order denying plaintiff's motion for an injunction restraining defendants, pendente lite, from issuing, selling, promoting, negotiating, advertising or distributing any of the securities of the Westchester Trust Company, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Johnston, JJ., concur.
