Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered October 21, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and respondent shall serve and file his brief on or before December 22, 2023; and it is further, ORDERED that appellant, if it be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 7 days of service upon it of respondent's brief.
