An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about January 08, 2018, and from the orders, same Court, entered on or about December 21, 2016 and January 09, 2018, And defendant having moved, pro se, for an order directing assigned counsel to provide defendant with copies of certain exhibits and transcripts set forth in the moving papers or, in the alternative, to relieve such counsel and assign new counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing assigned counsel to provide copies of the requested exhibits and transcripts to defendant within 30 days of the date of this order and is otherwise denied.
