Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting defendant of a violation of section 986 of the Penal Law (book-making), reversed on the law and the facts, the information dismissed, and fine remitted. The defendant was not proved guilty of the crime charged beyond a reasonable doubt. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
