ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

Pursuant to the January 4, 2022 order of the Michigan Supreme Court, this remanded matter is HELD IN ABEYANCE pending entry of the opinion or order that disposes of the appeal in People v Good (Court of Appeals Docket No. 349268). After Good is decided, this Court shall reconsider defendant's application in light of Good.
