ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). The August 13, 2021, order denying the motion to reinstate appellate rights is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(b) and, therefore, it is not appealable of right by filing a claim of appeal. MCR 7.203(A). At this time, appellant may seek to appeal the August 13, 2021, order only by filing a delayed application for leave to appeal.

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this appeal only.
