Opinion

Appeal from Superior Court, Santa Clara County; J.R. Welch, Judge. 'Ng Gee Duck appeals from a conviction. Affirmed.

A.B. Foley, for appellant.

Attorney General Webb, for the People.

KERRIGAN, J.

Appellant was convicted of the crime of rape, and sentenced to serve a term of eight years in the state prison at San Quentin. This appeal is from the judgment. No brief has been filed either by the defendant or by the state. Nevertheless we have carefully examined the record, but we find no error. The judgment is accordingly affirmed.

We concur: COOPER, P.J.; HALL, J.
