An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County rendered on or about May 5, 2016 and defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of the record on appeal to include minutes of the adjourn dates between defendant's plea and sentencing proceedings, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted.
