Defendant-appellant having moved, for an order vacating the dismissal of the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about March 15, 2018, and upon vacatur, for an extension of time to perfect said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the dismissal vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to the March 2020 Term.
