Defendant having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about March 15, 2018, for leave to have the appeal heard upon the original record and a reproduced appellant's brief, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from counsel for defendant-appellant, dated January 2, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that defendant's motion for poor person relief is deemed withdrawn.
