PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Kejuan Marcell DOUGLAS, Defendant-Appellant.


Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the joint motion of the parties to stay the proceedings in this case for 56 days to allow newly retained counsel for defendant-appellant to file an amended application is GRANTED. The amended application will be accepted for filing if submitted on or before January 11, 2022. The answer of plaintiff-appellee is to be filed within 28 days of service of the amended application.
