Appeal by defendant from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated May 1, 1961, denying, without a hearing, his coram nobis application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered March 2, 1956, after a jury trial, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree, and assault in the second degree, and imposing sentence which was thereafter reduced ( People v. Doran, 2 A.D.2d 890). The application was made on the ground that there had not been a hearing before the committing Magistrate preliminary to indictment. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
