THE COURT

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on November 28, 2007, be modified as follows:

On page 9, the sentence “His conviction involved possession of stolen property” is changed to “His conviction involved corporal injury to a spouse.”

Except for this modification, the opinion remains unchanged. This modification does not effect a change in judgment.
