Defendant, pro se, having moved for an enlargement of time to file a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about October 14, 2009, under Indictment No. 4816/09, and from a judgment of the Criminal Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 9, 2018, convicting him of two misdemeanors and one violation under Docket No. 2017NY060511, and for poor person relief and assignment of counsel Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
