Judgment unanimously affirmed. (Appeal from Judgment of Wyoming County Court, Mark H. Dadd, J.—Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st Degree). SCUDDER, P.J., CENTRA, FAHEY, CARNI, and VALENTINO, JJ., concur.
