Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of the Onondaga County Court, rendered November 17, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Bryce Therrien, Esq. dated September 19, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from

the judgments rendered November 17, 2011 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
