ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
On the Court's own motion, this case is REMANDED to the trial court for appointment of substitute appellate counsel for defendant within 14 days after the date of this order in light of the death of appointed counsel Madelaine P. Lyda. The trial court shall send a copy of the order appointing substitute counsel to the Clerk of this Court within seven days after entry.
This Court retains jurisdiction.
