The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Francisco DIAZ, Defendant–Appellant.


Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Michael R. Sonberg J.), rendered March 23, 2010, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of petit larceny, and imposing sentence.
Present: SCHOENFELD, J.P., HUNTER JR., TORRES, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Judgment of conviction (Michael R. Sonberg, J.), rendered March 23, 2010, affirmed.

Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 [1967];People v.. Saunders, 52 A.D.2d 833, 834 [1976] ). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points that could be raised on this appeal.
