DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Kenneth Deveaux for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court, dated June 13, 2011, which denied his motion, inter alia, pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 2, 2010.
