Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file a supplemental brief on behalf of defendant-appellant is DENIED without prejudice to a motion filed after the conclusion of the abeyance resulting from this Court's May 13, 2021 order.
