Appellant Reyon Ingram's “Motion to Remand to the Superior Court to Augment or Settle the Record on Appeal,” filed on July 27, 2018, is granted as follows: The superior court is ordered to correct any omission from the appellate record in People v. Dennis & Ingram, S170293, of the documents that are the subject of appellant's motion. (Cal. Rules of Court, rules 8.634(c) and 8.155(c).)
The due date for filing appellant Ingram's opening brief is vacated, pending further order of this court.
