A decision and order of this Court having been entered on January 31, 2019 (Appeal Nos. 8300-8302), unanimously affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on May 22, 2013, as amended July 26, 2018 and June 19, 2018, And defendant-appellant having moved for reconsideration of the aforesaid decision and order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied.
