PRESENT:

Defendant-Respondent Venus Dennis having moved to dismiss the appeals taken from an order of Supreme Court, Onondaga County, dated October 30, 2015, and a supplemental decision of Supreme Court, Onondaga County, dated November 6, 2015, on the ground that appellant has failed to perfect timely the appeals, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Sara Goldfarb, Esq. dated August 31, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Nicole K. Intschert, Esq. dated September 6, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks the dismissal of the appeals is dismissed as moot, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise granted to the extent that the time to file and serve a respondent's brief for defendant-respondent Venus Dennis is extended to October 23, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief be the same hereby is extended to November 8, 2017.
