The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended C. Bert Dempsey, attorney registration number 12775 from the practice of law for a period of sixty days, all stayed upon successful completion of an eighteen month period of probation. Respondent was ordered to pay costs of the proceeding. Respondent engaged in several incidents of deficient financial record keeping with regard to his trust account resulting in negligent misappropriation in violation of Colo. RPC 1.15(a), Colo. RPC 1.15(g) and Colo. RPC 1.15(f)(4). Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the proceeding.
