No. 123079. Order of July 3, 2003, 468 Mich 945, is vacated. On reconsideration, the application for leave to appeal the December 27, 2002, judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered and, it appearing to the Supreme Court that the case of People v. Barbee, No. 123491, is pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, the Court orders that the application be held in abeyance pending the decision in that case.
