ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING; NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

FYBEL, J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on January 9, 2008, be modified as follows:

In the last sentence of the paragraph beginning on page 6 and continuing onto page 7, add the phrase “imposed following juvenile delinquency proceedings” after the phrase “(4) his prior performance on probation” and before the phrase “was unsatisfactory.”

This modification does not effect a change in the judgment. The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
