DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to change attorney and relieve assigned counsel and for an extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and assigned counsel is relieved from any further obligation to represent appellant on this appeal, that Goldstein & Weinstein (Barry A. Weinstein, Esq., of counsel) be substituted as retained counsel, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 20, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that appellant's poor person status is continued.
