ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion to seal the document captioned "Privileged Records as Set Forth in Stanaway" is GRANTED under MCR 7.211(C)(9)(a) because the document was sealed in the trial court by order entered on September 24, 2021. MCR 7.211(C)(9)(a).

The Clerk shall disclose or provide copies of any order or opinion entered in this appeal, MCR 8.119(I)(5); MCR 7.211(C)(9)(c), but sealed pleadings or other contents of the file shall not be disclosed or made available for public viewing.

The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Clerk of the Supreme Court and to the State Court Administrative Office. MCR 8.119(I)(7); MCR 7.211(C)(9)(c).

The delayed application for leave to appeal is GRANTED. The time for taking further steps in this appeal runs from the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. MCR 7.205(E)(3). This appeal is limited to the issues raised in the application and supporting brief. MCR 7.205(E)(4). The trial court shall ensure that the sealed psychiatric records reviewed by the court are included in the record to be transmitted to this Court.
