MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal, for continuation of order releasing defendant on his own recognizance and for inclusion of Trial Exhibits MMM and NNN in the record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal and for continuation of the order releasing defendant on his own recognizance is granted, and operation of the order dated December 21, 2020 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on recognizance is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected on or before June 17, 2022. No further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for inclusion of Trial Exhibits MMM and NNN in the record on appeal is granted.
