MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of order releasing defendant on his own recognizance.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and operation of the order dated December 21, 2020 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on recognizance is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected on or before March 29, 2022. No further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated excuse for the delay.
