THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. TIMOTHY DEAN, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Wayne County Court, rendered July 25, 2019, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to February 1, 2021, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on January 11, 2021, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on April 6, 2021.
