Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgment of the Oneida County Court, rendered March 23, 2012, and the order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, dated November 15, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Labe M. Richman, Esq. dated February 25, 2014, and the statement of Labe M. Richman, Esq. dated March 6, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Steven G. Cox, Esq. dated March 7, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the judgment rendered March 23, 2012 and the order dated November 15, 2013 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
