Judgment of a City Magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting defendant of the crime of violating section 982 of the Penal Law (keeping slot machines), modified on the facts by reducing the sentence to the time already served. As thus modified, the judgment is unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
