Summary Dispositions October 27, 1998.

In lieu of granting leave to appeal the order of the Court of Appeals of January 5, 1998, is vacated, and the case is remanded to that Court for further proceedings in accordance with this order. MCR 7.302(F)(1). The Court should not have denied the "delayed application for leave to appeal" submitted by counsel without considering those issues that defendant, in propria persona, was seeking to have the Court consider On remand, the Court is to accept a brief filed by defendant within twenty-one days of this order and consider the issues that defendant seeks to raise before ruling on counsel's motion to withdraw. Cf. MCR 7.211(C)(5)(b), (c). Jurisdiction is not retained.
