ORDER
The motion to withdraw is GRANTED.
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. However, because counsel for defendant has now withdrawn, the Court further REMANDS the matter trial court for a determination of whether defendant is entitled to court-appointed appellate counsel and, if so, for the appointment of counsel.
