ORDER
Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The delayed application for leave to appeal from the January 20, 2020 order and motion to hold the application in abeyance are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because appellant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A)(2). 1
