THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. CYNTHIA DENISE DAVIS, Defendant and Appellant.

Anna M. Jauregui, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant. No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.

On November 27, 2002, Cynthia Denise Davis (defendant), represented by counsel, pled guilty to violations of Penal Code sections 288, subdivision (a), and 273 (a lewd act upon a child and child abuse), as charged in counts 1 and 3 of the amended information filed by the San Bernardino County District Attorney.

Thereafter, and in accordance with the negotiated disposition, defendant was committed to state prison for four years four months, less custody credits, and the remaining count was dismissed on motion of the district attorney and in the interests of justice pursuant to Penal Code section 1385.

Defendant appealed and upon her request, this court appointed counsel to represent her. Counsel has filed a brief under the authority of People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 158 Cal. Rptr. 839, 600 P.2d 1071 and Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738 [87 S. Ct. 1396, 18 L. Ed. 2d 493], setting forth a statement of the case, a summary of the facts, and requesting this court to undertake a review of the entire record.

Defendant filed an eight-page personal supplemental brief, which we have reviewed and considered.

We have now concluded our independent review of the record and find no arguable issues.

The judgment is affirmed.

We concur: HOLLENHORST, J., GAUT, J.
